Makes enough for 2 people
| 2 Cups | Self-Raising Flour
|
| 1 tsp | Caster Sugar
|
| 1 tsp | Bicarbonate Soda
|
| 250ml | Cultured Buttermilk
|
| 2 | Eggs
|
- Put Buttermilk and eggs in a blender or bowl, whisk very briefly.
- Put in dried ingredients and continue to whisk.
- Mixture should be a thick liquid, if neccessary add a little more flour to thicken.
- Fry in butter!
