|2 x 5ml||(2 tsp)||Instant Coffee
|1 x 15ml||(1 tbsp)||Warm Water
|600ml||(1 pt)||Double Cream
|10||Amaretti Buiscuits, crushed.
- Gently melt the chocolate in a small saucepan. Leave to cool slightly.
- Disolve coffee in the warm water.
- Beat the cream in a large bowl until it peaks, fold in the chocolate, coffee and biscuits.
- Spoon mixture into a large serving dish, cover and refrigerate for at least one hour.
