100g | (4oz) | Dark Chocolate

2 x 5ml | (2 tsp) | Instant Coffee
|
1 x 15ml | (1 tbsp) | Warm Water
|
600ml | (1 pt) | Double Cream
|
10 | Amaretti Buiscuits, crushed.

- Gently melt the chocolate in a small saucepan. Leave to cool slightly.
- Disolve coffee in the warm water.
- Beat the cream in a large bowl until it peaks, fold in the chocolate, coffee and biscuits.
- Spoon mixture into a large serving dish, cover and refrigerate for at least one hour.
